Join us for Kabbalat Shabbat collective services with Urban Adamah/Wilderness Torah. Revel in the lights, clear your mind, and celebrate Shabbat with musical services.

Facilitated by Rabbi-Maggid Zelig Golden, Nathaniel Markman, Urban Adamah leaders, and a collaborative circle of musicians, we will sit in circle together to lift our spirits.

A community vegetarian potluck will immediately follow the service.

This event is free and open to the public, but please register in advance and bring a canned good or make a $2 donation to the Urban Adamah food bank when you arrive.

Reduce Waste – Bring Reuseable Dishware
We encourage community members to bring their own reusable dishware to use at potlucks on the farm.

In honor of the Shmita year Urban Adamah encourages community members to bring their own reuseable dishware to use at potlucks on the farm. Urban Adamah will provide extra bowls, utensils and mugs for those who need them. Wash stations will be setup on the farm where people can wash their dishware. Together we can enjoy delicious food and reduce our impact upon the environment at the same time.

6:30pm – Kabbalat Shabbat service
8:00pm – Community vegetarian potluck
