The mission of Merkavah Torah Institute is to build accessible, inspiring and vigorous opportunities for Jewish women to engage in the study of classical Jewish texts and philosophy.
We believe that women's in depth engagement with classical Jewish texts will give them the tools to enhance their own Jewish connection, lead richer more empowered Jewish lives, teach others, and step into leadership roles in the community.
Merkavah is rooted in the belief that inspiring and educating Jewish women will uplift and strengthen the entire Jewish community.
